He is specifically educated and certified to work with both males and females and specializes in the following age groups.

  • Children (4-12)
  • Young Adult (13-20)
  • Adult (21-35)
  • Middle Aged (36-55)
  • Senior (56-75)
  • Super Senior (76-110)

If an individual were to read the descriptions of each category for all the different specialized programs offered by Kevin Silverman Fitness Therapy, the descriptions might appear to read and sound similar. But please do not be misled. The specialized programs utilize stretching, strengthening, weight bearing resistance exercise movements, coordination and balance techniques, proper nutrition and cardiovascular conditioning to promote overall health, wellness and fitness.

The physical portion of the programs will restore strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination. These improvements will help to correct muscle and strength imbalances, improve muscle reaction time, help rehabilitate existing injuries and prevent new injuries from occurring. The mental benefits will help manage stress and control anger, anxiety and depression. And the added benefits of self-esteem and a positive self-image will help to improve the overall quality of life. Exercise is also known to be a social activity through which new friends can be made and new activities introduced.

Information Gathering: During a private consultation and evaluation, Kevin Silverman gathers information pertaining to each individual’s medical history and personal goals.

Individualization: Kevin Silverman works with each client in planning and designing a personalized program so that working as a team, the client’s goals can be achieved in a safe and timely manner. Unless medical reasons restrict things, he will encourage each client to increase their activity and exercise levels in appropriate ways.

Goal Setting & Support: Kevin Silverman works with each individual in setting short and long term goals. With a consistent level of support, he will also help each client achieve a permanent lifestyle of exercise, health and fitness.

Communication, Teamwork & Motivation: Kevin Silverman will be actively involved with monitoring and coaching each client through their program. He will answer all questions, teach a complete education and help motivate each client through their toughest times. Communication is paramount.
